Count one of the indictment charges Mullett with delivery of a controlled substance methamphetamine, count two alleges the felony offense of delivery of a controlled narcotic substance fentanyl, count three charges the felony offense of gross child neglect creating a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury. An additional 21 suspects since then have been arrested totaling 43 of the indicted individuals taken into custody.
